Trailing stop set at $.20 which at the short price was $.05 above today's (and the weeks) high - 10 minutes in increased the short position by 25% (at $33.83)... NR7 at the close of the 10:45 - 11:00 bar ($33.83)... another Director filed a Form 4 decreasing his holdings by 1/3 from 300,000 shs to 200,000 shs. In my last trade I related that the Chairman of the Board announced retirement and also disposed of a portion of his shares - afterall, the company has not seen this price for the past 12 months and then again at 18 months past and then previously over 24 months ago - I would say they are selling at resistance determined by history. at 11:15 increased my position by the final 25% of Original Planned Trade. $100+ at this time.
At this point my break even is .27 price higher - increased my stop by $.27 - At 11:30 +$300
At 11:45 +$400 Reduced my stop so that I'll bet out at 1/2 this profit.
At 12:00 +$300... Got my stops set, so I'm going out - getting bored.... 12:30 out at +$300
