I spent the last 2 years learning rivers with an inflatable Kayak (a single and a tandem) and now I want to learn to "Roll" and recover and more speed, etc. Looking forward to "roll" classes and ... this is just before I go in for a heart Cat-scan to see how clogged my arteries are after abusing my body with "too much" of everything - especially all the wrong foods...ready to live....ready to move into life's greatest moment. "FEAR" something to challenge... a learned effect of playing it safe for too long.
