They want it to work immediately
They want it to stay mostly in the Country
Decreasing withholding does not have a direction
Government spending on infra-structure immediately
Creates jobs, use of Concrete, Steel, Plastic, Energy
Construction Materials - lots of wood, sheetrock, etc.
Energy is under the control of an oligopoly - the price
can move independently by manipulating supply and demand
